“The SWAT gets swatted”

Films: Attack of the Unknown (2020)

Alias: Vampiros del Cielo (Vampires from the Sky)

Type: Alien

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of average humans.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: It's your standard alien invasion. A bunch of hyper-advanced folk come from the stars and start ruining everything. They are as ugly as they are literally bloodthirsty, and our defenses are laughable most of the time.

History: They came to Earth decades ago, taking away entire populations in order to harvest them for their blood. Today, several aliens have taken over parts of Los Angeles, particularly a near-abandoned prison. A SWAT team is sent in to take care of the problem, but easier said than done.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: There are next to no survivors, but in the end, the aliens are repelled from the area. In fact, a resistance has been started, with plans to infect the entire opposition with blood cancer. Not the worst idea, actually.

Powers/Abilities: Hidden within their palms are tendrils that siphon blood from victims.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-On the outside, these aliens do look quite menacing, with their creepy faces and large numbers. Then you see the CGI tentacles and realize that they're little more than typical grays with bad teeth. It doesn't take away from them being successful vampiric conquerors, but still.

Trivia: -This film was directed by Brandon Slagle, who based it off a story he wrote in high school called "Blood is the Cure".

-Not much else to say.
